This custom table is crafted from 70-year-old Cherry to blend with the client's existing décor.

The top is tapered to fit between a chair and sofa that are positioned at an angle to one another. The tile insert serves as a permanent coaster to protect the wood and adds an interesting design element. Mortise and tenon joints with tapered legs complete the graceful effect.
